A spacious master room at Ghim Moh Link!

If you prioritise convenience and comfort, this is the right place :D The Buona Vista MRT stateion (Green & Yellow line) is only 5-10 min. away by walk. It has two great kopitiams and one of the best hawker centres in Singapore in the vicinity. There are two big supermarkets only 3 min. away (NTUC and Sheng Siong) as well.

The landlady is extremely friendly and nice. She somtimes cooks nice peranakan-style dishes for you as well. But at the same time, she highly respects your privacy and boundaries. Simply the best landlady you can ask for.

The room comes with pretty much everything that you need (including your own fridge, which I bought from the previous tenant. It’s a bit old but not too shabby).

It’s on the 14th floor and it has two windows on each wall, which allows cross ventilation. There’s also a fan, a ceiling fan and an AC, so that you really don’t have to worry about the heat.
