1 HDB ROOM FOR RENT - PERFECT FOR WORKING PROFESSIONALS WHO VALUE COMFORT AND CLEANLINESS

We are 2 working professionals seeking a 3rd roommate to share our fully furnished 4-bedroom HDB (notably have 3BR and 1 Hall – all are same size rooms for this HDB unit). We are looking for someone (preferable single female) who values cleanliness, tidiness, and the comfort of living with like-minded individuals. We love to cook/bake and also chill around as we have TV, Oven, kitchen gadgets, you name it. The room has a fully furnished queen size bed (good for back pain too), with built in cabinet and air-con. You will also have a view towards the East coast sea area (high floor and windy). We only have 1 toilet and 1 shower unit to be shared with us.

Our HDB is located in a safe and cozy marine parade neighborhood, close to public transportation (1 min bus-stop). The bus direction is basically a reach to anywhere in Singapore. Direct bus to CBD is approx. 25-30 mins only. MRT will be up soon by 2024 and its will just be 3mins away. It is super convenient if you are looking for easy access. Even for Changi Airport, a direct bus is available 25 mins. You can’t get any accessible than this.

You can walk a stone throw away to anything that you have in mind. Within vicinity of 5mins or less, you can certainly get your groceries, foods, etc with NTUC Fairprice Finest, Food Courts, MCD, Parkway Parade mall, 247 Anytime fitness gym and Takagi Ramen, etc. Within 6-8mins, you will be able to walk over to i12 Katong mall, eateries, cafes around Joo Chiat lane and Katong area. You can even walk underground to the East coast park for walk/jog/run/cycle.

We prefer no overnight stays, but visitors are welcome as long as they respect our home and our need for a comfortable and safe living environment. We are looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and easy to get along with.

Rent is S$1,400 per month. We will engage a weekly cleaner who comes to keep the apartment spotless, so you can focus on enjoying your living space and as a mindful tenant, we share our PUB as well, such as aircon maintenance, electricity, water, wifi, etc. which is not part of the rent. There is no landlord as well. A security deposit of a month rent is required upon move-in. Available from 1 May onwards, 1 year lease.
