This is a well-renovated HDB apartment in the heart of the city, with an unbeatable rent. You’ll have your own room, while the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room) are shared. Please note there is only one toilet and shower in the apartment, but they are separate. The room is available from mid-May onwards.

You’ll also enjoy the company of two adorable cats. Prior cat experience not necessary - just need to observe certain rules to keep them safe.

We are open to negotiating certain matters, so please reach out to clarify anything. Please note that we will require a casual vetting session.

Because this is a HDB flat, please note that if you are a non-citizen (i.e. PR or other pass-holder), you may be subject to the Non-Citizen quota, which may prevent us from being housemates even if we are agreeable.

We are two guys in our early 30s in professions where we work in the central area during office hours. We spend most evenings in with our two cats. We are experienced, responsible and reasonable renters, and expect the same.
