Proximity to stuff:

• 6 min walk to the nearest bus stop
• 5 min bus ride / 15 min walk to Toa Payoh MRT
• 3 min walk from a 24 hour Giant Supermarket and a food court
• 8 min walk to SAFRA + ActiveSG gyms and pool (but can also take a bus if lazy haha)
• 10 min walk to Polyclinic but the nearby GP is a 2 min walk away and she’s gREAT!

CONS!:

• sometimes construction can get quite noisy so if you’re WFH just be wary
• birds like to be in our laundry yard sometimes

Who we are: A 3 person household! 2 housemates are moving out at the same time so I can only really tell you about one housemate

She is a social worker who prefers to maintain her quiet, peaceful haven but is a great friend and a chat when she has the energy to. We have a housecat named Bart, she is the sweetest but alot like her mom, prefers quiet time and isn’t very rambunctious

Who you’ll be:

• A professional in their 20-30s
• Preferably a woman but we will make concessions if we think you’ll fit in
• Someone who can respect boundaries, is clean and knows how to live with others (preferably not your first houseshare!)
• A people person! Not requiring you to be a wild extrovert, just someone who understands that a home is built on community, love and support.
• Must be okay with cats and their general cat-ness
