New and modern 5 room flat that is about a year old in Tampines Greenverge, opposite Angsana Primary School. Spacious house with big living room and island table at dining area. Direct bus to Changi airport or cab over in 15 mins. 5 mins walk to coffeeshop and various supermarkets.

Room is good as new. Currently without bed. You can decide how you would like to use the space. Either a bigger bed or a smaller bed + sitting/dressing/work/study area. We are open to discussions. Cooling room with Wardrobe, Aircon and ceiling fans.

Fun 30s couple staying in the house. Physically active and attends yoga or spin classes. Loves travelling. Ready to mingle if you don’t mind.
