It’s a 3 bhk but only 2 of us will be staying in the house The house has a fully functional kitchen with washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave, oven and cooking is allowed. The house also has a pool view from all rooms I am currently occupying the master bedroom No agent fees The condo facilities include- gym, 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, bbq pits, badminton courts, squash courts- all accessible Location - Yio Chu Kang area. Direct connectivity from red line and brown line Rent - 1300 per month plus we split the utilities into half Looking for someone who is chilled out, fuss free and doesn’t mind the occasional parties in the house! 😊😊
