Bayshore Road

Hello, I’m looking for a new flatmate! My current flatmate is moving out, and his huge master bedroom will be available starting 1 April. The room is nicely wallpapered and has a balcony, bathtub, queen-sized bed, and desk.

The apartment is a first-floor 2-bedroom apartment at The Bayshore, filled with natural light and a ten-minute walk from the beach (!!). The common areas are equipped with a TV, fully-stocked kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, in addition to all the other usual stuff. The Bayshore is a 15-min drive from town, and a 10-minute bus ride from Bedok or Tanah Merah MRT Stations (side gate to the bus stops is right outside the apartment). The landlord is also very responsive and helpful when needed. Cooking and visitors most welcome - no weird rules, just help to keep the place clean etc and you’re good.

Asking rent is $2,500/month (with some room for negotiation), and your move-in on 1 Apr will coincide with the start of a new 1-year lease. Utilities will add up to another ~$100/month. Ideally I’m looking for sometime to commit for the full year.

I’ll be your only flatmate - I’m 27, and I work for the government by day, and I’m in grad school for history by night. I enjoy a lot of me-time and am always down for a a good wine/movie night. Feel free to PM with more about yourself! Cheers.
