For rent at the Pinnacle@Duxton: either a common room at $1,700 (negotiable) or the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom at $2,300 in a four-room flat. The cost includes utilities, the Internet connection and a once-a-week clean. You can move in from 20 February (earlier may be possible, if there is a need). Short stints (no less than three months) would be considered.

The place is nicely furnished and has a lot of art and plants. The furniture in the bedrooms you see in the pictures will be changed or moved around, depending on the room you take. This is a fully equipped kitchen. If you love to bake (like myself), you’d appreciate that there is a good oven you can use.

The Pinnacle is surrounded by a range of food options, supermarkets, gyms and other amenities. It is served by Outram Park (East-West, Northeast and Thompson-East Coast lines) and Tanjong Pagar MRT stations, and it is walkable to a lot of places, including the CBD.

You will be sharing the flat with myself (the owner). I hardly work from home these days, and I have quiet weekends.
