hello this is david caleb from singapore,this is a indian christian house , i am renting a common room in a cozy quiet 4 room HDB flat at block 230 choa chu kang central which is near to the south view LRT station and 5 mins walk to the MRT station several buses are also avaliable from the main road , for a tenant min 6 mths stay ,the contract is for 1 year,age limit to mid 40s.Professional no stay home work.no cooking ,WIFI and Pub included.Non smoker and non drinker.The room is full furnished no aircon but its very windy as this is the highest floor .The contract will be done by the owner and a deposit will be collected and refunded when the lease ends .My previous single tenants stayed for long term, No agent fees ,move in Immediate.
