Walton Road

Located between Mountbatten and Tanjong Katong, central east area of Singapore. East Coast park is approx 5mins bicycle ride or 15mins walk if you like nature, the beach and the sea.

THE AREA The nearest bus stop is less than 1min walk away from the house and a direct bus to the CBD takes 15mins. The area has plenty of food options, from hawkers to restaurants, supplemented by malls, butcheries and supermarkets. There are also a full spectrum of gyms(traditional, yoga, muay thai etc) and a plethora of bars nearby.

THE HOUSE The house is very spacious and bright with full length windows, meaning bright sunshine from the crack of dawn. I have a garden and a yoga/workout studio on the first floor which you are welcomed to use, as well as the kitchen. I even have a bar on the second floor as my partner loves to make cocktails. Visitation is allowed and my 2 dogs (a tiny cockapoo and a Maltese) live with us. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful and you wake up to sounds of birds every morning :)

THE ROOM A huge and bright room, furnished with a storage bedframe, king size Mattress, Big chest of drawer, wardrobe, wooden shelf, sofa, and a Wooden work desk.
