• Located about 8 mins walk away from Kembangan MRT, direct bus to MRT, 10 mins walk to the beach)
• 35-40 mins to CBD door-to-door
• Located right beside Siglap connector which leads to East Coast Park
• Fair price and hawker center a few mins away from the condo
• Super spacious and well-lit living room, comes with a bar counter (which we plan to make full use of 😉)
• Furnished room and house (bed, table, chair, fan all included)
• Common washroom to be shared with one person only
• Cooking and visitors allowed
• PUB, wifi expenses to be shared equally
