Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 2nd storey walk-up apartment conveniently located 8 mins from King Albert Park MRT (Downtown Line) and a stone’s throw from multiple bus connections to various parts of the island. NTUC Xpress, Cold Storage, Caltex, a coffee shop, and multiple restaurants can be found downstairs. Walking distance to the Rail Corridor, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, and the newly re-opened Rifle Range Nature Park.

The room is huge, with a shared balcony and ample space to fit a queen (or even king) bed and a desk. Comes unfurnished though you can buy certain furniture from me. This is a steal at today’s rental market tbh - you’ll never be able to get a room this big for this price. The high ceiling and natural light from the balcony add to the spaciousness of this room.

There are 2 bathrooms - both shared. We also have a fully furnished kitchen for cooking which you are free to use as long as you clean up after yourself.

Looking for a single person though you can bring your partner over sometimes. Friends allowed. No weird rules. Try not to have gatherings at the dining area with friends late on weekday nights. We’re also a non-smoking household, so no smokers please. And no pets too. I guess fishes are fine.

You’ll be staying with 3 young professionals in their 20s - early 30s. 1 female and 2 males working in the education, and tech industry.
