You can: - Cook - Work from home - Use the aircon freely - Use the common areas freely - Have overnight guests

Rules from landlord: - No smoking inside the apartment - Only 1 person for the master bedroom

Additional costs (Total ~$125):

• We split utilities equally (water, gas, electricity, internet) (roughly $80/month)
• We have a cleaner coming in once a month (roughly $25/month)
• We hire aircon servicing and maintenance every 3 months (roughly $10/month)
• We split shared purchased items equally such as toilet paper, sponges, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, etc. (roughly $5-10/month)
