Rules from landlord: - No smoking inside the apartment

We’re flexible so either $1,800 for rent and we split on shared expenses, or $2,000/month all-inclusive (includes everything: rent, water, electricity, gas, aircon servicing, cleaning, internet, laundry detergent etc.)
