Im looking for a female flatmate to occupy common room with own private bathroom in 2br condo with Balcony in Auralis - East Coast . walkable to cold storage, NTUC with plenty of good coffees around (common man roaster & tiong bahru bakery) 20mins ride to CBD and bus stop is right in front of the condo.

I am only gonna be moving in there on the 8th Dec, so the room is gonna be available On the 10th Dec onwards. Im gonna furnish it with cosy furniture & furnishings so you dont have to worry on that. Rest assured its gonna be homey and nice but i dont have the pictures yet so you need to be more imaginative, google the condo and pm me if you want to view, Rent is $1850 exclude utilities

I’m gonna be your only flatmate. Im super chill, outdoorsy, and pretty active. so if you’re easy going female, non smoker , appreciate cleaniness, respect each other space and occasionally enjoy netflix & chill with wine and food, we might get along! I am a tenant too so no crazy house rules.
