Toa Payoh Rise

Hi..this block of flats has mostly matured people living. Myself an auntie, live here,,,i work part time in MBS ,…house, is very small, a 5 mins walk to bus stop, 3rd bus stop is Toa Payoh MRT, mostly quiet, except for TV . Quite a quiet area. Cooking is fine,,,,TV in room. Only 1 toilet, well maintained,,,and we hv to share. Visitors are allowed for few hours. Hv wifi , aircon. I CANNOT register, so PR/’Singaporean is fine,,,but if your co wants you to register,,,,then NO Short term is fine

I am quite easy going,,, If usage of aircon is minimum ( 2-3 hours max daily) ,,,rent be at S530
