I’m Julia, looking for one person to team up. As one of our housemate is moving out due to job relocation. We’ve stayed in this house for a year . And the lease is up for renewal by end of this month. New lease starting 1st Jan 2022 for one year.

Here’s the rent details: Common Room: $1150/month room only exclude utilities and wifi approx $90 per person

-Aircond service quarterly approx $30 per person

-Half month Agent fee applies, the 3 of us will shared , which is $600+ admin fee $57.30 per person (non-refundable )

-1 month deposit (refundable) + 1 month rental fee

You’ll be sharing toilet with me. Just the two of us. My schedule is fix WFH. You won’t have issue morning queueing to use toilet! :)

• MRT-Queenstown just 5 mins and shelter walk all the way. Bad weather no problem!

• Bus stop 3 mins walk, direct to Orchard!

Btw price is non-negotiable this team up, we rent the unit together :)
