I’m moving out from my current unit cause it’s a bit far from my new working place, so I’m looking for someone to help takeover a room until March 2024. The unit is on 14th floor of Trivelis Clementi, very bright, windy and well renovated. It’s around 600m from the MRT and Clementi Centre. You will have the common room which comes with single bed, study desk and built-in wardrobe. Common bathroom is shared with one other tenant. All common areas are fully furnished. The rent is 1025$, utilities is around 70$ a month. I don’t have pictures of it but feel free to message me and I will send you the video of the whole unit including your future room. You are welcome to come for a viewing. No weird rules, you’re welcome to cook or have visitors if you’d like to. This area is very quiet as well, a lot of Food courts around, there is also jogging and cycling track nearby if you’d love to work out
