Fully furnished room with rent - note: decently, tasteful furnished! :) There is a queen bed with storage, bedside table & a built wardrobe. Pillows, quilts & sheets provided if needed - so you can just bring the suitcase & check in.

The condo itself is full facilities - gym, tennis courts, sauna & steamroom (i think!), bbq pits, numerous swimming pool and within 2-5 mins accessibility to 3 bus stops & shopping malls. With express bus to CBD (10-15mins ride) & 10-15mins cab ride from the airport.. this place is extremely accessible. Oh.. the place is walkable to the beach..& well served by a generous selection of restaurant via food delivery service if you are lazy to walk 5mins to grab some.

The apartment itself is recently renovated & decorated, full fledged with washer, dryer, iron & garment steamer. It have nepresso machine & endless supplies of tea. The place has aircon in all the room - but you will probably not need it as the place is extremely breezy. Wifi is included, we will split utilities & cleaning fees. Did i mention the hse have seaview from rooms & living space?

Your follow hsemate is a professional female in the finance industry.. clean & tidy. Extremely well travelled. You might catch me having a relaxing drink after a long day at work on the sofa - feel free to join. I am not always home, so there will be days you have the whole place to yourself. Other than being hsemates - i enjoy meeting follow travellers.
