About the room
High floor, windy n spacious common room. Furnished with queen size bed and cupboard. Light cooking allowed. Washing allowed.
7 minutes walk to MRT station. Direct bus to Orchard, City Hall n Bugis.
The room has air con but I don’t include utilities as I believe each of us should be kept aware of the electricity bill so that we could cultivate habits that are environmental friendly. Based on current usage, our utilities is estimated to be $50 to $70 per pax per month.
