Nice and well-furnished bedrooms in a private walkup apartment unit near Kovan MRT station will be available for rent from February 2023 onwards! Currently the unit is in the final stage of renovation, expected to complete by mid January.

The apartment has 4 spacious bedrooms, each will be equipped with all essential furniture and electrical appliances that include beds, writing desk and chair, LED TVs, fridge, washing machine, oven, air-con, fans, dinning table and sofa (in sitting room) etc. Wifi is provided too.

There are 3 toilets in which one is ensuite to the Master bedroom.

The apartment is located along Upper Serangoon Road, a good 5-min walk from Kovan MRT station (and to Heartland Mall and famous Kovan Food Center and Market) and there is a bus-stop right in front of the apartment with several bus services to city.

Many well-known eateries, pastry and pets shops, convenience stores (7-11 and Cheers) are within 1-2 mins of walk and there’s a cafe located right on the first floor of the building. The Lim Ah Pin Road post office is located just next to the apartment and behind the apartment is a private residential estate, quiet and tranquil where you can walk or jog leisurely in the morning/evening.
