5. Sharing common space with only two other female tenants + 1 well behaved cat, tenants all working professionals (work hour 9am-6pm), quiet and tidy, no landlord staying.

We want our house to be a place where we can have people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. We are open to the idea of our roommates hosting small parties - we would just like to know about these ahead of time. We are down to get to know each other; we are not saying we have to be best friends, but we would like to do things like occasionally watch TV together and host cook outs for friends.

We like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. We do my dishes every day and put away our belongings when we get home from work. We are open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.
