Washing machine and common toilet available for use. Cooking not allowed. Convenient amenities such as coffeeshops, supermarket, various shops. Non-aircon and non-smoking room.

Landlord is an old couple with their daughter and a aged small pet dog. There is also another Malaysian tenant staying in another room.
