$380 with utilities. High floor windy non air-con common room. Quiet space. No pets. Prefer Chinese-speaking female owner cannot speak English. Unfurnished so you can decide the orientation of the room (yea!)
Washing machine provided. Light cooking is ok. In between green MRT line (Tampines) and blue MRT line (Tampines East). Express bus 518 to town and also bus to Changi Airport are very convenient. Amenities nearby. And shopping malls in the Tampines area are available for you to chill. If you like cycling, there are lots of places to go! Owner usually is out for errands.
