It’s smoke-free for the whole unit.
Laundry machine (excluding detergent etc) is available ONCE a week (once a day) based on schedule. Please collect clothes from both racks by 0700 next day & pay S$5/additional load.
Please throw own trash into the central rubbish chute and wash own dishes from the kitchen.
Quiet times 2300 till 0700 hours daily. Air Con can be switched on for same time only. Please be present when utilities are being used.
Please LOCK main door/gate after each use. For shared areas, please wipe/clean after each use.
No cooking is allowed, EXCEPT for steaming & boiling water. Wash, dry & keep utensils back in kitchen cabinets after use.
Please inform in advance in group chat of potential guest visits. Visitors cannot stay overnight.
Single Chinese retired Female in the 50s. I have travelled around, been there, done those. I have lived in different countries and now I just want to enjoy the greenery and warmer climate in Singapore. Hopefully, I can explore new culinary dishes, bread making and home gardening in future. :)
