The flat is a new HDB located at Tampines, with only 2-bus stop connecting to Tampines MRT. There is a big 24 hours Sheng Siong and Prime nearby. Ikea and Giant Hypermarket is also only 2-bus stop away.
The lease is going to be finished in June 2022.
