My place is located in a quiet HDB neighbourhood in Toa Payoh North, central part of Singapore that is also easily accessible to any part of Singapore. Centrally located near to three MRT stations - Toa Payoh, Braddell and Caldecott. Is very near to Braddell MRT (Less than 5 mins walk) Caldecott MRT station (Less than 10 mins walk) and Toa Payoh Station is about 15min walk.
It is a fully furnished common room. The room has a single bed, air-conditioned, Wi-Fi connected, plenty of storage space with a big study table. It’s not grand, but it is cosy. You will enjoy peaceful rest after a long day work or study.
