The building has a small gym, badminton court, pool, commercial/retail on first 4 floors and less than a 5 minute walk to Duxton, Club Street, Keong Saik, Tanjong Pagar Road, Chinatown, CBD, etc. - we never use a cab on weekends!

We are above Tanjong Pagar MRT (the MRT is literally in the basement), bus stop and taxi stands are right out front. There’s no better connected spot in the whole city
