Hi I am looking for just 1 female roommate to share renting a room with me. My aunt just left the room to rent elsewhere so I am staying alone in the room.

Preferably Malay(can be other races as well) but a female with no boyfriend because this house cannot have outsiders visiting the room or the house. It is a rule for other tenants as well.

Please be clean and respect privacy/personal space

I am okay with loud music or anything kinda flexible on that because with the high speed wifi, sometimes I don’t use earpiece or headphones but don’t worry, I respect your space and privacy and will use earpiece/headphones to make it silent.

Preferably want a long term student living in Singapore or professional working female.

Prefer someone who can stay long term or up to 6 months.

The room is $780 in rent total. Everything is included in the rent, High Speed WIFI, electricity and water bill and everything else. So each of us have to pay SGD 390 individually.

There is a shared kitchen, living room and balcony as well

Cooking is allowed just the owner wants to see the kitchen clean after usage. : /

Washing machine, microwave , water heater is provided.

The high price of this room was due to the landlord previous ex gf who stupidly raised the rent price by 30 dollars when the price of water rised early this year. Previously the rent was 750

No outsiders can visit.

Owner is owned by an Indian male landlord. Once a week, the landlord has his kid and wife over for the weekend. The landlord is frequently at home too due to him having a freelance job.

Nearest places to this block is NTUC Fairprice, coffee shops, bakery and 7 11(but a bit further away)

You have to take the bus to Serangoon Nex Mall or the Interchange/ MRT.

I am quiet and untalkative in generally but if we hit it off right, I will be chatty and always asking questions..kind of annoying you at all times.

I am generally someone who likes going out but can stay at home if on off days sometimes.
