Location: CONDO Pasir ris grove-Livia common room ✅No contract, no landlord, all tenant in the house. ✅Fully furnished common room (aircon, ceiling fan, 40” tv, build in closet, single bed) for single occupancy. ✅Utilities bill split in between the tenants. ✅Occasional visitor allowed only. ✅Light cooking only. ✅Single occupant only. ✅Toilet to be shared with another tenant only. There is another powder room available for emergency use. Total 01 bath room + 01 powder for 02 tenants usage. ✅One month + S$100 PUB deposit required. ✅One month notice needed before moving out. ✅Min 6 months occupancy. ✅Non smoker environment. ✅Nil pets environment. ✅Available immediately.

About the roomies

This is a very homey unit. We are 2 Malaysian and 1 lady from Indonesia who are friendly. Place is very quiet and comfortable too. Do pay a visit to see the place. ;)
