About the room
Situated right opposite Bukit Panjang MRT and LRT (within 2 minutes walking distance), it’s a very convenient location for all commuters.
The room is the master bedroom of a 2 bedroom unit, comes with your own bathroom with a bathtub for you to enjoy a long relaxing bath if you desire!
Utility and wifi will be shared equally between the number of tenants. Looking for a long term (1 year minimum) tenant to occupy the master bedroom. The rental is 1250 for one person and 1350 for couples.
About the roomies
I’m the only other tenant at the moment, staying in the common room. I’m pretty quiet and usually will be spending time in my own room. My hobbies are playing computer games, console games, netflix, and watching animes! I love Japanese culture and am learning Japanese, passed my JLPT N3 last year and I can easily understand day to day Japanese.
