About the room

A Master or a common room available (respectively 1.900 and 2.550) in a large 3 bedroom apartment high floor at the Sail@ Marina Bay (1320 sqft).

The Sail is located at the heart of the CBD, near Marina Bay, Raffles and Downtown MRT (the latest is the closest). Great location just by the Marina and walking distance to the Garden by the Bay, Marina Bay Sand and the notorious Merlion if that matters.

Outstanding facilities, 2 pools (25 and 33m respectively), sauna, jaccuzi, hamman, pool table available in the event room, observatory deck (the photo with the view on the MArina is taken from the deck), great gym that even has a rockclimbing wall (Yes it does :) but not too high, see photo for reference), 2 tennis court and a few more nuggets.
Unfortunately all condo facilities are closed during Circuit Breaker (like everywhere else), but hopefully re-opening during June as the CB is eased by phases.

Short term is ok with minimum of 3 months as per Singapore regulation on short term lease. Private lease, direct with tenant. Virtual visit available (FaceTime walk around).

Any questions, just shout.

About the roomies

hello there,

I’ve moved back to Singapore last year (live here in the past) and interested in a flat share. I used to be travelling frequently for work, but no more in new role and definitely no more in new pandemic world .

At home: definitely quiet and clean, non-smoker and expect same from flatmate. Rest can be flexible. I am into sports, i have a bicycle that i put on my indoor trainer when i can’t cycle outside, else i do a descent amount of running.

Originally from Europe; 15 years in Asia. I have been working in Singapore for total 7 years after living in England, France, US, Hong Kong, Indonesia, China. Hobbies include triahtlon and scuba diving when there were still such things happening. I speak a bit of spanish, mandarin and bahasa and like to interact with opened and internationally minded people.

This being said, work and sports take up a big part of my time and I am not the best chit-chat flatmate buddy type I’m afraid. Unless you are keen on joining a 100km bicycle ride early morning on weekends. Weekdays, I’m often in bed by 10:30pm to wake up 6ish to go for a run or a swim. But very quietly.
