Nestled in the North East part of Singapore, with 24 hours amenities and a food court just steps away. Nearest MRT is Punggol, just 3 bus stops away, served by 3 buses.

Apartment is bright, with a planted balcony, landlord has a keen interest in gardening, with fresh herbs and various plants. Apartment is a breath of fresh air, filled with neatly groomed plants to create a calm, relaxing environment.

Each room has floor to ceiling blackout and sheer curtains, air-conditioning and wi-fi. Room is not furnished and has dark wood laminate flooring.

A minimum of at least 6 months for rental of room.

Room will be furnished with bed and closet. Open to renting 2 rooms (2 roomies). Anyone is welcome, preferably males but open to all.

I’m in my mid-30s, born and bred in Singapore Chinese male. I’m a true Libra (if you believe in horoscope) and am the only one staying in the property. I travel aboard frequently for work, hence I’m usually away half the time. I do love cooking during my free time, as well gardening.
