This is for a fully furnished common bedroom in a small dark-themed 2-bedroom apartment in a recently completed and renovated condominium development. The apartment is located in Sengkang/Fernvale, just beside Thamggan LRT station, which is about a 5-10min transit to the Sengkang NEL station. It is also walking distance (around 5-10mins) to Seletar Mall which offers a variety of food options and a supermarket. Jalan Kayu is also a stone’s throw away, where you can find many small eateries and shops. If you drive, the place is also not far away from the expressway. Relatively quiet neighbourhood and not noisy at night as we are away from the main road.

The bedroom for rent is a common bedroom comprising a foldable double bed (which you can fold up during the day for more space), with a 55inch smart OLED TV that has a wired internet connection so no more dropped/scratchy signals. Wifi is also available, but there is also another LAN point that you can connect to if you need to do work via a more stable connection. The room also comes with smart appliances such as wifi-enabled light bulbs, a motorised set of blinds that you can control w a remote control or handphone.

There are standard appliances in the apartment that you are free to use - washing machine, dryer, kitchen appliances (rice cooker, oven, stove, air fryer, dishwasher, water dispenser). Light cooking is also fine, though occasional heavy cooking is possible as long as thorough clean up is done). Car parking is also available if you drive.

We are a long-term same-sex couple in our early 30s. We are looking for neat and clean roomie(s) who are either gay and/or are open-minded. Gay couples are also welcome. Non-smokers please.
