About the room

Great location. 5 min walk to United square, 7-8 min walk to Velocity and Novena underground. Quiet condo, swimming pool is empty most of the time. Well maintained and clean in both common areas and within the flat. The room comes with its own bathroom, just outside of the room. Has a brand new unused super single Sealy bed and mattress. Work/dressing desk, standing mirror and decent size wardrobe.

About the roomies

I work full time at the hospital and exercise regularly so generally don’t spend much time at home in the day.

I love sports, food and wine. Would be great to find a housemate with similar interests but not a necessity.

Hardly use the kitchen - it has all the quality cooking equipment which I am happy to share.

Also don’t watch much tv. Have a large comfy sofa, Netflix subscription, and decent TV (not huge but adequate).

Only downside is there won’t be much storage room outside of the bedroom as I own a drum set and two bikes which I store in the bombshelter.
