The building is an HDB (no amenities like a condo), but it does have a communal terrace on the 26th floor with a 1,120-meter jogging track and a sky terrace on the 50th floor offering an incredible 360-degree view. It’s located in Singapore’s best neighborhood, Tanjong Pagar, close to almost all MRT lines, as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and food courts. Everything is easily accessible on foot.
