Just beside Lavender MRT less than a minute walking distance, 2 minutes from Bugis, 7 minutes from Raffles Place. A bus station just below the HDB too. Foodcourt, McDonald, Burger King, Fairprice and gyms are available at less than 10 minutes walk.

The flat has 3 rooms, you will have one of them with the shared bathroom. Open kitchen & living room setting, perfect for a movie night or dinner. There is also a bunker storage room big enough to fit multiple suitcases.

You will need to bring your own bed and desk. Cupboard can be kept in the room.

About the roomies

2 french guys One une finance and one in make-up research. Both in Singapore for many years. Very friendly and easy going. Open to hang out anytime but also respectful of each other space.
