A beautifully sun-lit and cosy 2-bedroom unit on the fourth floor of the condo - The Sound. The Sound is located along East Coast Road, between the vibrant, bustling Katong / Joo Chiat areas, and the quieter Siglap neighbourhood.

The condominium is a 5 minute (400m) walk to Marine Terrace MRT station. It also has many buses come to its bus stop out front. And is located next to the Siglap Park Connector which links the condo to East Coast Park (the beach), and to Kembangan MRT station.

Nearby supermarkets / markets / malls - Siglap (Cold Storage, NTUC Fairprice), Marine Terrace (wet market, hawker - the best teh), Parkway Parade, i12 Katong.

The Sound has condo facilities - a lovely swimming pool, and a gym.

I’m looking to rent the ensuite Master bedroom out to a couple / someone who I would get along with as housemates. I’m a 30 year old Doctor, Singaporean, lived in Australia for 8 years before returning to Singapore 2 years ago. I’ve been in such lovely sharehouses for the 8 years I spent in Australia, and am hoping to create another good one for us in Singapore.

I’m the sort of housemate who likes doing my own thing a lot of the time, but am also almost always up for a good chat. I like staying busy - working at my desk, out on a run / swim / cycle, out with friends and family, but I also love a good sit on the couch in front of the TV with good housemates around.
