I am looking for someone to take over my room in our flat with three lovely girls in Tiong Bahru (another girl is also currently moving out - in case you are looking together with a friend).

Contract until Feb 2027 but can be extended. The flat consists of three expat professionals all in their 30s. We are all good friends, but respectful of each others space. The room itself is spacious, with good storage and light. The condo has two tennis courts, pool, two gyms, hot tub, steam room and sauna and is directly across from Tiong Bahru Plaza – so location is amazing!

It is through an expat rental company which includes all housing necessities, cleaner and bills, which means it is great value for money. It is also ideal if you are moving to Singapore and want to move straight in with just a suitcase!
