2. Available for move from September 10 onwards.

7. No landlord staying, no weird rules and can bring guests (overnight guests are fine, but should tell flatmate in advance!)

Lease details:

1. Rental: $1800/month (includes quarterly AC servicing and WiFi)
2. Lease is until February 15 2027 (renewable yearly).
3. Utility (water, electricity and gas) bill cost about <SGD50 per person.
