Hello! With a heavy heart, I have to say goodbye to my lovely room in a wonderful flat in the heart of River Valley because I’m moving out of Singapore. The room comfortably fits a queen sized bed, a massive wardrobe, a desk (can be converted into a standing desk), and a dressing table. It gets lots of indirect sunlight so it stays bright all day without getting too warm (it is also air conditioned).

The apartment is located in a slightly older condo in River Valley, meaning that its super spacious. There is a massive living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a washer and a dryer. There are also two small storage rooms for shoes/suitcases/etc. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

The condo has all the facilities you could ask for. There is a really great pool, tennis court, gym, and 24/7 security. There are two bus stops within a 3 minute walk, and the Great World MRT and mall are a 7 minute walk away. There’s a 24/7 FairPrice a 6 minute walk away on Killiney Road, alongside a ton of really great restaurants and hawker stalls (including the original Killiney Kopitiam). Orchard Road is also walking distance away. There is a lovely cleaner who comes every week.

The flat is shared with two other working professionals in their 30s. It’s a very relaxed environment, with no weird rules on guests or cooking (just as long as you are considerate).
