About the roomies
I am a young adult and NUS student currently living in the unit, occupying one of the bedrooms. I tend to keep to myself and spend most of my time studying or relaxing in my room, so the environment is generally quiet and low-traffic. I think the unit would be a good fit for someone who is also more independent, tidy, and mindful of shared spaces. Open to occasional shared activities like cooking or grocery runs if it’s mutually convenient, but there is absolutely no expectation — independent living is perfectly fine. Strictly no smoking, no excessively oily cooking, no parties or loud gatherings. Ideally looking for a tenant who is also studying, or working nearby, who is quiet, tidy and respectful.
