The bedroom comfortably fits two single beds, two study tables and chairs, with plenty of walking space remaining. It’s on the 13th floor, so the room enjoys good natural ventilation and a pleasant breeze.

The apartment features a renovated kitchen, renovated bathroom, dedicated laundry area and Wi-Fi. Light cooking is allowed.

The owner will provide a brand-new single bed, mattress, study table and chair once a suitable tenant is confirmed.

The location is convenient, with buses to Bedok MRT just one stop away. Nearby amenities include Bedok Mall, FairPrice, hawker centres, coffee shops, clinics and pharmacies.

Please note: The room has an air-conditioner installed, but air-conditioning is not included in the rental arrangement. The room relies on natural ventilation.

The household consists of friendly, working adults in a quiet, peaceful and respectful home.

The owner lives in the apartment and is a former Catering Director, now semi-retired. Other occupants include two F&B Supervisors, a Construction Engineer, a Sports Coach and an F&B staff.

I’m 38 and work as an F&B Operations Supervisor. Because of the nature of my work, I’m generally a night owl. Most nights I sleep before 2am, but on some Sunday and Monday nights (a few times each month), I may stay awake until around 3–4am to complete work reports and inventory. I always try to minimise noise and disturbance, but I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with an occasional late-night light being on.

I’m hoping to find a clean, considerate and easy-going working professional who values a peaceful living environment and is happy to help keep the common areas tidy.
