We’re just about to sign a lease for a 3-bedroom unit at Pinnacle@Duxton – yes, THAT spectacular building at Tanjong Pagar with the most amazing views of CBD/Duxton/Chinatown! Wanna come co-live with us? Then read on:

We’re a Danish/Spanish couple in the master bedroom and a French guy in one of the common rooms, and we’re looking for an occupant for the second common room and the fourth member of the household.

Lease starts 1st May 2020 and we’re looking for long-term friends, aka. min. 6 months stay only. Rent is $1200/mth excl. utilities. One month deposit required by the landlord.

About the flat: 1 master bedroom w/ attached bathroom, 2 common rooms, one of which would be yours, sharing a bathroom. The room comes with bedframe, mattress, and wardrobe. Well maintained kitchen with gas stove, oven, large fridge, storage. Yard with washing machine and drying racks. Fully furnished living room. The flat has good ventilation and beautiful views of literally all of downtown Singapore. We’re at a high floor (30+), the living room has a small but nice balcony able to house plants. How about watching the national day fireworks over Marina Bay while sipping cold wine from here? :D

About Pinnacle@Duxton: 350m walking to Tanjong Pagar MRT and Outram Park MRT, walking/MRT/bus distance to all of downtown Singapore, everything you need. The building has two sky bridges with 800m running track, outdoor fitness stations, pavilions and 360-degree views of Singapore. Note: This is NOT a condominium and there are no swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ pits.

About us: We’re all working professionals in our early 30’s, we’re social beings, like drinks over dinner, board-game nights, and occasional house gatherings (post-Covid-19). Some of us are very active doing bootcamps and dragon boating, some of us are trying to be ;) We’re clean and respectful and expect you to be the same.

About you: Valid work permit-holder, working professional, hopefully pretty similar to us in terms of interests, but most importantly you need to be a clean, considerate, mature, and responsible housemate.
