We have a room, with shared bathroom with one other female, in our flat with three lovely girls in Tiong Bahru from mid to end of August.

Available for a long-term contract but open to short-term. The flat consists of three expat professionals all in their 30s. We are all good friends, but respectful of each others space. The room itself is spacious, with good storage and light. The condo has two tennis courts, pool, two gyms, hot tub, steam room and sauna and is directly across from Tiong Bahru Plaza – so location is amazing!

It is through an expat rental company which includes all housing necessities, cleaner and bills, which means it is great value for money. It is also ideal if you are moving to Singapore and want to move straight in with just a suitcase!

Monthly rent is $2,020 (incl. utilities and services.)
