The room is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a decent sized desk. Plenty of storage space inside and outside of the room. The house is a beautiful 3-story shophouse in the vibrant Jalan Besar area (closest stations: Farrer Park ~5min walk and Lavender ~12min). Blue line <15min walk too. I’ll let the pictures do the talking :)

The lease is officially until the end of Nov, but the rest of the housemates are quite keen to renew the lease beyond that (some of us have been living here for 8 years+ !). I’m also open to subletting for shorter periods of time - flexible on timing but preference to someone who can rent until end of Nov and ideally wants to continue onto a new lease afterwards. Though we know plans change, and if you need to leave half way, lease transfers are easy: as long as you can find your replacement (ofcourse we will help) you can easily transfer the lease.

Single occupancy only. No weird guest rules. You can fully use the kitchen also. None of us really cook that much :)

This has been such a great group to live with. Everyone is super nice, friendly, clean, and easy going. And while we each live our own lives, we also enjoy doing things together. There are 4 other housemates living here. You will share 2 full bathrooms and one half bath (toilet only) with 3 of them. We’re a pretty international house with everyone hailing from all over - Germany, Indonesia, US. It’s important to me that I find someone who will vibe well with the others in this house, because that’s what makes this spot so special.
