Hello! We are looking for a female to move into the common room of our fully furnished apartment available from the beginning of August. We are located at The Pinnacle, one of the most luxurious HDBs in all of Singapore with walking distance to CBD. There is NO AGENT FEE, only a deposit ($1150) + your rent ($1150) + utilities which will be shared. It is very conveniently located between Tanjong Pagar MRT (green line) and Outram Park MRT (green + purple line), 5-8 minutes’ walk to both. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, hawker stalls, and a 24 hours supermarket around the building. The building also has an open air running track on the 26th floor, and a viewing deck on the 50th floor.

The house also has plenty of storage space so you won’t have to worry about that! About your flatmates - We are currently an exclusively girls apartment, all working professionals. We love to cook and drink occasionally; you’re welcome to join us or be by yourself. We are looking for someone clean, friendly, and fun loving - females preferred. We are all non-smoking.
