LEASE TAKEOVER - starting from 30 April. As I’ve changed jobs, will be moving closer to work. I’ve enjoyed staying here for the past 10 months. You have your very own master room with ensuite bathroom. For those who care, the water pressure is great : )! The apartment is furnished, so just bring your suitcase! Included in the rent is utilities, wifi and weekly housekeeping. Come home to clean sheets every week (or two weeks if you’re environmentally friendly!). You’ll be sharing the apartment with 2 other working professionals who are just delightful and respectful. The apartment has a balcony, and extra bathroom in the kitchen area (if you care). High ceilings make it breezy and floor to ceiling windows with great sunlight!
