I am professional s pass holder and looking for a common room that allow cooking & visitor. I am not heavy chef but sometime I do cook for myself, not smelly foods. Occasionally I would like to invite my friends into my room, but I wont disturb other roomates’. My budget is SGD1150 that included all utilities and I prefer a common room , not small eco room.
