Hi! I’m an exchange student from Australia coming to study at SMU for the August-December term. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easygoing to live with I keep my room and any common areas clean, I’m quiet during the week when I’ve got classes/assignments, and happy to be social and chat over dinner or hang out on weekends. I don’t smoke and I’m not a big partier, more the type who keeps things low-key but friendly. Since it’s a fixed 4-month exchange, you’ll have full certainty on my move-in and move-out dates, and I’m ready to pay the deposit and first month upfront to lock things in quickly. Looking forward to making the most of my time in Singapore and being a good housemate along the way!
