Hey there! I’m 33M Test Engineer — looking to team up for a chill, owner-free flat. a 33-year-old test engineer. I’m a friendly, easygoing guy with absolutely no preferences when it comes to age, gender, race, or orientation. Honestly, I’m just trying to completely bypass the live-in landlord situation so we can have a relaxed, independent home. As long as you are responsible, respectful, and keep the shared spaces clean, we will get along great!

During the day, I’m always out at the office. In the evenings, I’m usually in my room unwinding on my PC. Because of my tech background, I have a dual-monitor desktop setup, so my only real requirement is a common room that has enough space to comfortably fit a decent-sized desk next to a bed.

My budget is around $900 ideally but willing to bump it up to maximum $1100. I am completely fine teaming up with someone who has a higher budget (like $1,500+) and wants to claim the Master bedroom with the attached bathroom. I’m perfectly happy taking the common room and sharing the main toilet, as long as we keep things clean.
